Arcosanti
Arcology is the theory of fusing architecture with ecology created by Paolo Soleri. It is a concept that eliminates roads from society. This will provide more space for the city, therefore, reducing the size of an arcological city compared to that of a city with urban sprawl.  This will create a more efficient and smaller city and will increase wilderness while allowing agriculture to move closer to the city.
I would like to live in this society.it would obliterate most of America’s problems. The elimination of cars would decrease smog and other forms of air pollution. The necessary walking would cause obesity to fall. Also, moving agriculture closer to the city would mean more efficient distribution of goods. Though this society would have a few problems, such as: how would the really old, mentally incompetent, and injured people be transported, I think it still may work.

BedZED
BedZED was designed by Bill Dunster and endorsed by BioRegional Development Group, the Peabody Trust, Bill Dunster Architects, Arup, and Gardiner and Theobald. It is an effort to promote green transportation, solar energy, and other conservation methods to combat fossil fuel and reduce it by 50% over the next 10 years. It consists of 82 houses, 17 apartments, and 1,405 m² of workspace built between 2000-02.
I like this concept. A lot of people talk about “going green” but Dunster is actually doing it. The reduction of the use of fossil fuels will not only ensure that we have them for longer, but it will also increase the condition of the ozone layer. A society like this is somewhere I’d like to live one day.

Conservation Education Core Concepts

This is a concept that conserves wildlife and fish as a trust resource for humans. It finds way to protect them from over hunting so that they can be used by future generations. Without these, there would most likely be a decrease in population.
I agree with this, because I love animals. Wildlife protection conserves animals for future generations. The stronger the protection, the more efficient they will be. Without wild animals and fishing, this world would not be the same. I would love to live here.
