This community fosters togetherness and environmental concern. The housing comes in three various sizes which accommodate different sized and aged families. Therefore, the community can support citizens of all ages and isn’t restricted to one generation of people. The numerous sidewalks and low availability of parking spaces promotes walking. A community garden provides the citizens with fruits and vegetables. A state of the art recycling center reuses recyclable materials and disposes of unwanted waste. Future additions include solar panel installation, heat-retaining ponds, and natural ventilation systems.
