Dakota's Pine Tree City

This community is good for city living, as it reduces the carbon footprint. The people live in a small, about 4 acre community, where people can easily get to everything within walking distance. There are community centers, gazebos, public art, and parks. The people who choose to live in this community are easily capable of being eco-friendly, as these houses are close to everything so cars don’t need to be used. The electricity used could be solar powered, and water could be limited since it would be under a home owner association. There are plenty of trees for shade, and space where a public garden could be planted and a park for animals to be walked. The pine trees give it a unique aspect of being a pine community.
However, in a personal opinion, I would never live here. I prefer open spaces, and as there are only 4 acres with everything on them, there’s not much personal land, and I enjoy my space.
