The Ideal Place to Live
Speciosa will be a very small and tranquil community. It will consist of around 20 houses. The children there will hopefully love exploring the wide range of plant and animal life. Their will be many activities to do outdoors like hiking, swimming, and playing in the park together. The buildings there will be in close proximity to each other. Because of this most people will compelled to walk instead of drive to work or the local store which will save money and fossil fuels. Gardens will be planted beside each house as a source of fresh foods. Fresh water will be pumped into the community from the fresh water lake and then filtered back out into it. Human waste will be recycled and made into energy. The buildings will have natural lighting. Heating and Cooling systems will be provided by open pathways and rooftop solar panels.
