This is a small, developing community in a dense city. As you can see in the photo, parts of it is still under development. Once construction is complete, this innovative plan will provide people with a place to live that is close to the work place and not to far from the city to cause expensive new infrastructure. Its compact size provides maximum usage in minimum space. It provides mass transit or the option of walking. Cars are basically obsolete.
