Cotton District Street Art- Dillon Hall

         I believe the plan to put the street art in the Cotton District would be a great idea for not only the local community but also for the people who pass through the Cotton District. The unique design that is being used will be a great way to get the people’s attention and will keep the area from being mediocre. Not only is the design colorful, bright, and welcoming, but also a great example of communal harmony.
